Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro or Ultimate subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.

  • Access Continues: If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Surprise Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the following month.
  • Downgrade: After your paid period expires, your account will automatically downgrade to the Basic Plan (Free), and you will lose access to Pro Version calculators.

Refund Policy

Digital products cannot be “returned,” but we believe in fair play. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time subscribers.

Eligible for Refund

  • • Request made within 7 days of initial purchase.
  • • Technical issues preventing the calculators from working.
  • • Accidental double-charges.

Non-Refundable

  • • Requests made after 7 days.
  • • Partial months (e.g., cancelling on day 20 of a 30-day cycle).
  • • “Change of mind” after using the Pro tools extensively.

Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
